By accessing or using TamilCrush (the “Service”), our web application available at tamilcrush.com with a companion Android app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms may be updated by TamilCrush (“we,” “us,” or “our”) from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to comply with all of the terms and conditions herein.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
